Adam Mogelonsky graduated with a Life Sciences degree from Queen’s University in Canada, followed by studies in physiotherapy and nutrition. He next joined LMA Communications, a hospitality-focused communications agency where a decade saw him learn digital marketing, copywriting, PR and, above all, how to deliver creative solutions to complex issues.

Alongside his father, Larry, Adam formed Hotel Mogel Consulting in 2015, working directly with hotel owners and developers in new hotel conceptualization, property improvement plans, financial analysis, equity fundraising, technology architecture planning, wellness programming and amenity evaluations.

With a keen eye for technology trends and vendors paving the way, Adam takes a comprehensive approach to the complexities of the modern hotel tech ecosystems, the present-day need to think about total revenues and how technology can enhance guest satisfaction.

For wellness, While the spa is a must-have for luxury, Adam’s value-add is helping hotels profit from the latest trends in this industry and current longevity medicine breakthroughs. Adam possesses an unmatched grasp of all the latest welltech that hotels can deploy to augment current practices in a labor-efficient manner.

Larry Mogelonsky earned an Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec followed by a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He holds Professional Engineering accreditations in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Working in brand management at Procter & Gamble and then PepsiCo, Larry moved to the advertising industry, leading Bozell Canada’s hospitality division where his clients included Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Howard Johnson’s and American Airlines.

In 1991, Larry founded LMA Communications, a full-service marketing and communications agency focused primarily on the hospitality and travel industries, with clients including Preferred Hotels & Resorts, numerous independent hotels, and tourism bureaus. Wanting to focus solely on strategic consulting for the hotels and developments through Hotel Mogel, Larry sold this business in 2015.

Larry is an active industry speaker at conferences worldwide. He has been recognized by TravelClick as Worldwide eMarketer of the Year and by HSMAI (Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International) as one of the Top 25 Minds in Hospitality. More recently, in 2024, Larry was also recognized by the International Hospitality Institute as one of the 50 Most Influential Educators in Hospitality.
